Having experienced quite a few similar meetings like this myself where most of the time I am just wondering why am I even in the meeting at all. But what I learn is to keep any comments to myself especially when everyone is already align so that I do not get "arrowed" to any new tasks... In fact "Old Birds" will always advise this "If you can't change it then just do it".
